I uploaded my pictures today, and had 115 photos to go through from the past month. We haven't done anything really special, but these pictures are just moments in our every day life at home. My kids are GOOFY!

I was hiding when I took these pictures. Ty was playing so well with Emery, it was too cute. He was talking to her, teaching her how her bouncer worked, and making jokes and laughing.

He always asks to hold her. He says, "Hol her, hol her?" A lot of times, once I get her sitting on his lap, he pushes her away immediately, or he tries to slide away. Silly kid.

Emery's thinking, "What were you thinking Mom? Get me outta here!"
"If you won't help me, I'm getting out myself."

He wanted to feed Emery so badly one time, so I let him. He did okay, but he kept forgetting he had to hold up the bottle for her to get the milk. And it didn't last long before he was trying to push her off. He had fun while it lasted.

I'm really not a nerd, promise. But I wanted to make a pie on Pi day, 3.14 - March 14th. So I did. What I didn't realize was that our dinner was a pie too! Ok, so maybe I am a nerd, and I didn't even realize it. Darn. I don't mind- those pies were DELICIOUS.

Out for a walk on a COLD day.

Ty can multi-task. Walk and read at the same time! He's getting smart reading a lot around here.

These pajamas were Paxton's when he was little. So cute!

I love my Emery, all bundled up for playing outside on a cold day. That's a homemade yellow hat.. not by me, a friend. It's adorable.

Ty found Paxton's wig from Halloween. Ty thought it was hilarious!

Emery's photo shoot... SMILE!

Now do a serious face.

Now Blue Steel!

Blue Steel again. Nice job Em. Now you try Ty.

Uhhh.... Nope. Let's try that again.

Nope, nope, that's not right again. Sorry.
When Emery is chillin in her bouncer, Ty loves to park his cars right in front of her. She loves Ty so much. She smiles and laughs at almost everything he does... she doesn't laugh at the throwing and hitting, but everything else!
A little friend of ours left his hat at our house. Ty found it one day, and enjoyed wearing it backwards or to the side. So in style!
One story I forgot to write about happened almost 2 months ago. I went to Target to do a little shopping. As I was loading the kids in the car, I gave Ty my car keys to play with. When I went to return the cart, I came back to a locked car. Anybody could have seen that coming, right? I did too. I had the feeling before I walked away from the car, that he could lock it with the keys. Why did I ignore that prompting from the Spirit telling me to go open the door before Ty locks them in, and me OUT???!!! So, I did what any relaxed, calm, sensible mom would do. I freaked out! I called Paxton crying, not knowing what to do. A lady & her 2 kids noticed me crying and came over to see what was wrong. I told her what happened. She calmed me down by saying everyone has done it before; it's not hot outside, so the kids will be fine. By that time, 2 other women stopped and were comforting me as well, telling their locked car stories. One of them said the Fire Dept. will come and unlock your car, and she happened to have the phone number in her cell phone. We were trying to get Ty to push the Unlock button, but he didn't get it. We were holding another set of keys to him trying to get him to push it, but he just reached for them-- MORE KEYS!! He loves keys... can ya tell? Just as we could hear the sirens from the fire truck down the road, Ty pushed the unlock button and one of the ladies there opened the door and yelled- It's open!! Hallelujah. I thanked, hugged, and thanked again these ladies that were there to help me. What a horrible experience that will never happen to me again. I've learned my lesson.
Emery likes to be nestled up to a soft, rolled blanket when she sleeps. She sticks her face right in it. It's ok, she can still breathe. It's comforting to her. Whatever makes her happy, I'll do it! She is sleeping great- 10-11 hours at night, and 3 naps a day. She likes to play in her bouncer, and is recently enjoying tummy time. She is also working on sitting up on her own. She can sit up by herself for awhile, but once she starts swaying to the side, she drops. We've got to get her doing side crunches or something to work those side muscles. Kidding- of course. I'm trying to figure out what her hair is doing. It came out dark, and now I can see blonde roots, but the dark isn't going away completely. Whatever it is, I just want more hair! Grow grow grow. Luckily, she hasn't rubbed a bald spot on the back of her head, so it all looks even. Well except for the top. There's a chunk at the top that is way longer than the rest, and it sticks up and falls to the side. Did you notice in all the pictures? Still cute though. Those adorable dimples distract me from anything else. She is a really chill, happy baby! She loves her big brother and wants him around all the time.
Ty likes to play Boo with Emery. They both laugh so hard and do it over and over again. Ty's favorite activity is to play outside. He calls it "dice." What generally happens every time we go outside to play is, we'll go in the back yard and he'll ask to continue to the driveway and garage door. Then he'll ask that the garage door be open. Once in the garage, he'll ask to get in the car. And that's where he'd prefer to be ALL day long. He'll sit and stare at the dashboard, push the buttons, turn the knobs, and flip switches. He'd keep the hazards blinking constantly if I let him. I don't. It's annoying. He loves going on walks, and playing at the park. He can climb up and go down the slide by himself. One of his latest interests is rocks, so this is what he decided to do with any that he found.
Nice job Tyzer.
